Traveling to San Miguel de Allende can seem difficult at first and as San Miguel does not have an airport you may be wondering where the best place to fly into is.  There are three International Airports which are normally used by travelers.  The closest is  Aeropuerto Internacional de Queretaro (QRO).  It’s about an hour and ten minute drive from San Miguel. Aeropuerto del Bajio (BJX) also known as the Leon- Guanajuato Airport is about an hour and a half away.  Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez (MEX) is the Mexico City airport.  It’s about a three and a half hour drive from San Miguel.   We will assist you in making private shuttle arrangements.  The shuttle will pick you up and deliver you directly to your accommodation at Casa Carly.
